Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Once your order has been processed, delivery time will depend on the shipping carrier and destination.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, incorrect shipping addresses, or circumstances outside of our control.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at thesoapbarmen@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
